In the management of pure risks of high complexity, Agierre, acronym for “Assistenza Grandi Rischi”, proposes a Risk Analysis study as a preliminary approach to risk transfer, defining an ad hoc perimeter on which to build an insurance model.

Agierre is a service provided and guaranteed by Accapierre which may also include ongoing support in claims management.

Agierre manages the SMAT CARD service, protecting the user from the costs arising from hidden water leaks on the private system. It also guarantees a 24/7 assistance service with the intervention of a plumber in case of flooding. In fact, subscribing to the SMAT CARD service offers two types of insurance cover: one that compensates excess consumption after the meter has been turned on up to €20,000.00 for each individual incident and the other that helps with emergency assistance.

The advantages in brief:

  • No more exaggerated bills. The SMAT CARD takes over 75% of the excess consumption compared to the average, caused by breaks in the pipes in the post-metering section. With the SMAT CARD, abnormal consumption above average will be reimbursed at 85% up to a maximum of €15,000.000.
  • Guaranteed assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    Intervention by a plumber in the event of flooding. With the SMAT CARD, all it takes is one phone call to have a plumbing technician at your doorstep, free of charge, for up to three hours, in the event of flooding caused by a pipe breakage or failure.

WHEN TO CALL SMAT CARD

As a result of a leak in the plumbing system leading to an abnormal consumption charge on the bill.
As a result of flooding caused by a break or failure of the fixed plumbing pipes connected to the insured outlet.

HOW TO INTERRUPT THE SMAT CARD SERVICE
